You will assemble the head now. Begin by cutting a piece of white felt in the shape of the eyes. With blue yarn, make a chain long enough to go around the eyes (see picture). With black yarn, embroider a small mouth. Sew the mouth, nose, attach the white part of the eyes with fabric glue, and add small pieces of black felt to complete the eyes.
Use white fabric paint on the eyes or, alternatively, you can use small pieces of white felt. Sew the chain you just made around the eyes. Then, sew the ears onto the head and the peaks onto the back of the head.
Tip: I like to fold the tips to get the exact shape I want. Now that the head is complete, you can sew it onto the body.
